We don't mind leaving it up to you, depending on how you'd like to play it- it could either disappear and then reappear when/ if we have a power regain event, or she could keep it as a cosmetic tattoo. Just bear in mind that she'll probably have her hair swept off of her neck a lot of the time and it may be at least partially visible.
